The mind and body are interconnected. As writer and performer, I have been studying yoga since I was a teenager as a way to supplement my creative endeavors and quickly became enthralled with the physical and emotional benefits to yoga. I teach a vinyasa and hatha yoga, and my approach ties together a physically challenging flow, while focusing on the connection of the mind, body and breath to approach life with peace and reflection.
